A Serene Retreat!

Our stay at Village of Peace – House 40 was truly wonderful! 🌟 This property is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable escape. The quiet location offers a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for relaxation. The bungalows are spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds are super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the convenience of free Wi-Fi and secured parking. The price was amazing – honestly the best deal I’ve ever had for accommodation. It was fascinating to learn that the place is owned by the local Catholic bishop and was originally built as apartments for refugees from the Kosovo war, now beautifully transformed into a B&B. The workers were all very nice and friendly. It’s also a great place for kids to play, interact with nature, and enjoy the lake and surrounding facilities. Village of Peace – House 40 offers the perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and genuine hospitality. We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Highly recommended!

El desayuno está bien y es un sitio barato.

Está lejos de la ciudad cerca de un barrio lamentable. Parece ser un antiguo recinto religioso. Las cortinas son traslucidas asique todo el mundo de fuera te puede ver por la noche. La neverita suena muchísimo, nuestra puerta era de cristal y la interior también y sin cerradura, asique se podía ver el interior.

Karadağ’dan Kosova’ya giderken yol güzergahında olması sebebiyle konumu oldukça iyi. Sabah kalkıp yolumuza devam ettik. Yemyeşil huzurlu bir ortamı var bir yaşında bebeğim için çok iyi oldu. Kahvaltısı pek damak zevkimize hitap etmiyordu ama hiç yoktan iyidir :) çalışanlar ise oldukça kibar, güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Genel itibariyle memnun kaldık.

Bungalovun içi eski olduğu için banyo, tuvalet pek rahat gelmedi. Ayrıca yataklar ve çarşaflar da eskiydi. Ama fiyat düşünüldüğünde büyük problemler değil.

Хороший вариант на 1-2 ночи, если путешествовать на машине.

Хороший вариант на 1-2 ночи, в тихом месте. Желательно иметь машину, так как пешком добраться будет сложно, и дорога идет мимо каких-то страшных лачуг, где не понятно кто живет( В первую ночь было даже жутковато, казалось мы одни на этой большой территории) На второй день заселили итальянских туристов и стало хорошо) До пешеходной улицы в центре Шкодера далековато, километра 2-3. В номере чисто, постельное белье белое, территория большая и зеленая, красиво. Красивый вид на крепость, особенно ночью. Завтрак континентальный - яйца, колбаска, сыр, масло, джем. В целом остались довольны.

Горячая вода было, но лейка у душа отвалилась сразу, пользовались только шлангом))) Жаловаться не стали, потому что приезжали только на ночь. Из посуды были только чашки. Wi-Fi отсутствует, но возле столовой ловило незащищенную сеть и скорость хорошая, иногда пользовались.

Una buena estancia

La cabaña está genial. El personal fue muy amable, nos dieron el desayuno el día anterior para poder tenerlo en la habitación porque nos teníamos que ir muy temprano. El desayuno está bastante bien también: café, té, queso, salami, pan, mantequilla, croissant, galletas… El sitio es muy tranquilo y tiene su encanto.

Está bastante alejado del centro de la ciudad y hay que cruzar un barrio un poco regular, por lo que solo os recomiendo este alojamiento si tenéis coche.
