Ich kann nur die Kommunikation mit dem Personal beurteilen und nicht das Zimmer, da wir hier NICHT übernachtet haben. Reaktion auf Nachrichten erfolgt sehr schnell und höflich.
Wir erhielten direkt eine automatische Bestätigung unserer Buchung (Übernachtung mit Frühstück). Am nächsten Tag wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund der Osterfeiertage kein Frühstück möglich ist. Auf Nachfrage hieß es Preisnachlass gibt es trotzdem nicht, da das Frühstück ein "Geschenk der Unterkunft" wäre und nicht im Preis enthalten. Auch wenn die Unterkunft sehr günstig war, habe ich eine Unterkunft INKLUSIVE Frühstück gebucht, so steht es auch in der Buchungsbestätigung. Wenn das nicht so ist, muss die Beschreibung geändert werden! Wir haben dann storniert, was zum Glück problemlos möglich war.

Breakfast at Village of Peace - House 40 is beautifully simple and always served with a warm smile – honestly, you don't need anything more. Every morning we had fresh bread, local cheeses, salami, tomato and cucumber, and sometimes an egg. The homemade fig jam is absolutely wonderful! It was more than enough for a perfect start to the day in Shkodra

El desayuno está bien y es un sitio barato.
Está lejos de la ciudad cerca de un barrio lamentable. Parece ser un antiguo recinto religioso. Las cortinas son traslucidas asique todo el mundo de fuera te puede ver por la noche. La neverita suena muchísimo, nuestra puerta era de cristal y la interior también y sin cerradura, asique se podía ver el interior.
