Apartment was really comfortable, kitchen is well equipped.
Hosts are great - sorted us with the laundry (you need to pay for tokens, which you can buy from the cleaner who also met us at check-in)
Location worked well for us - walking distance to recoleta cemetary and on the tube line to plaza mayor.
Just some small things that didn't impact our stay:
No tin opener
Landry machine left some fluff on pur clothes that could be rubbed off - we may have got unlucky with whoever used the machine before us.

Great location. It's near the subway and bus stops. Building felt secure. Lot of street noise, but the bedroom is in the back so able to sleep fine.
Could use some updates in the kitchen. We cook and the pots and pans should be replaced.
