Muy buena atención. Nos quedamos una semana con mi madre q estaba en un post operatorio. Fueron muy atentos. Les pedimos otra llave, si podian ajustar el bidet q estaba flojo, late check out, todo sin problema.
Quizad faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina pero no fue determinante.

El departamento está en una ubicación buena, hay lugares cerca para hacer compras, además de que esta relativamente cerca a los centros turísticos más conocidos, es pequeño pero suficiente. Estaba limpio y ordenado, el edificio es moderno y de fácil acceso.
Tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua caliente, aunque se nos ofreció arreglarlo, teníamos tours programados, por lo que no pudimos coordinar una hora para arreglarlo. Por otro lado, la televisión solo funcionó un día, luego se trababa demasiado, la indumentaria en la cocina era reducida, la sartén que teníamos estaba sucia y quemada, nos cambiaron a una mejor pero aún así, el teflon se encontraba desgastado.
