Property was perfect, great facilities inside with very good air conditioning which was very much needed as it was 34 degrees outside! Real highlight of the property is the large outside terrace with a big sun bed, individual sun loungers and a lovely covered area. A great escape from the direct sun. Fabrizio was a fantastic host and helped us out when our train was delayed and sorted taxis when we needed them. The location was perfect, inside Lucca walls and close to great bars and restaurants. If we revisited Lucca, would definitely stay here again
Nothing, there are quite a few stairs to the apartment but that’s what you get for a roof sun terrace

The apartment is in a great location in the centre- beautifully furnished and great kitchen for proper cooking. Excellent air conditioning, beautiful bedding- spotless throughout.

Missing the rooftop terrace already! A little piece of heaven in beautiful Lucca. ❤️
Very quirky apartment. Clean and comfortable. Perfect location. The terrace a big bonus, loved spending time there.
Fabrizio was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries and resolved our air con problem promptly. Only thing to suggest is the addition of tall or beer glasses to the kitchen.
Getting up to the apartment 😄 🤣 Unfortunately the apartment is definitely not for folk with mobility problems.
