Hence it's a paint house so you have an access to an open view roof
Very comfortable and spotless clean.
The proximity to the beach and supermarket.
The new constructions which make the view varies from the pictures. The checkout was slightly slow than expected.

The place is good, convenient location.
Its on second floor. The reception was infested by small ants, whenever we left food or snacks on counter, we found it covered by ants. The sofa is so old. No microwave. The door lock was very rusty and hard to open!
