1. The housekeeper/contact is doing superb job with quick respond & clear instruction, and all messages coming in Chinese prevent any communication error or misunderstanding. 2. Convenient location with subway station (Dōbutsuen-mae) & Hankai Tramway (Imaike) nearby; Supermarket Tamade & DONDON DONKI are just 5~10 minutes away from the house to buying household goods & groceries in cheap price. 3. We live at 1st floor, the room is exactly same as the photos in tidy, clean manner. All supply & kitchenware are ready and cleaned. The kitchen has large space to place suitcase and groceries, so you can eat & rest in the room without cramped space. 4. The soundproof is quite good in 1st floor, the only outside noise come from the front door when someone standing nearby talking & laughing. Also the step sound from 2nd floor can be heard sometimes. 5. The Sofa bed is soft and comfort than I expected, I quickly fall asleep without open it or use the mattress provided. My family also satisfied with their single beds. The situation in Nishinari district looks much better than depicted on YouTube videos, I don’t see any drunkard and there’s still lot of local people & tourist on the main street around 10 pm. For the homeless people, they only gather around a homeless-support institute on the way to subway so just ignore them. If you really want to evade most encounter on street, an alternative route is to enter the subway station (Dōbutsuen-mae), go through the platform and exit at EXIT 8 or 9 (no charges on ICOCA card) is recommend. Somebody may concerned about the surrounding & atmosphere from the rumors, but we feel it actually safe and fit us perfectly.

Not at all, the only issue is the access to washing machine & balcony is confined by the bed.

24時間スーパーが信号渡ってすぐあります。入庫から24時間ごとの安価な駐車場も近くてとても便利でした。商店街に入ってすぐでわかりやすく、明るいので夜遅くなっても困らなかったです。部屋も写真の通りでキッチン側も広く清潔感があります。環状線までも歩ける距離で立地も良いです！大阪に行った際はまた利用したいです！

周りが飲食店街なので、可愛いGが迷い込んでいました。仕方ないとは思いますが、殺虫剤があると嬉しかったです。 ベランダが狭いので、外にある洗濯機の取り扱いが大変でした。洗濯機は部屋の中だと嬉しいですね。

私が来阪の際に頻繁に通う商店街のど真ん中の宿泊施設であった為、 私個人にとっては、ドストライクの環境でとても便利でした。 こんな場所に宿泊施設が存在していた事をもっと早く知りたかったです。 これからも利用させてもらいたいと思います。

周辺の住宅が密集した場所の為、部屋に光が差し込まないが、部屋その物は快適だったので 特段苦にはなりません。 2階に宿泊者が入居した際の歩き回る騒音と大声の会話が聞こえる事が難点です。

Il y avais des odeurs. Mais je pense que ça vient des évacuation de la machine à laver se trouvant sur la balcon. Ca peut se régler. À moins que l’odeur ne vienne des voisins. Là on y peut rien.
