l'entrée de l'immeuble aurait besoin d'un bon coup de neuf et nettoyage

L'appartement est spacieux et super bien placé, à quelques mètres des halles. La cuisine est assez bien équipée dans l'ensemble et la literie plutot bonne meme si le lit reste petit pour deux adultes.
- l'appartement est situé au 2ème etage et la cage d'escalier est TRES MAL éclairé, c'est limite dangereux. Aucune indication sur le fonctionnement de la lumière dans la cage d'escalier...pourtant ca devrait être simple (chaque palier dispose de sa propre lumière, jamais vu ca avant). - la SDB n'est pas du tout isolée et ayant séjournée en Janvier, j'ai eu très froid. De plus, elle est vraiment exigue. - l'appartement m'a paru chaleureux en photo, mais il est assez austère au final. Il manque un peu de déco pour ramener de la chaleur (ceci est un avis certainement très personnel :-) )

El lugar para recoger/dejar las llaves está situado a 500 metros del apartamento. Apartamento limpio en general, pero habían muebles y zonas visibles con mucho polvo. La terraza podría estar un poco mejor cuidada.
