Hidden gem

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in photos. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower lovely and powerful. The suites are a couple of minutes away from the port, and a flat surface all the way. The suites are tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the port in a quiet location. Restaurants, taxis, buses and supermarkets a couple of minutes away. I found this place as a perfect Base for a solo traveler as I was able to get public transport around the island.

I loved everything. If anything a kettle may have been good, but really this did not detract from my lovely stay here.

Fantastic stay and great service

The bed was extremely comfortable, room was very clean with a lovely lady who cleaned it everyday and made sure it was stocked with everything. Location was not even a 2min walk to main centre and port. The owner sent us very clear instructions in how to check in and made sure our 5 day stay was perfect. Even offering us a dinner. I highly recommend staying here. Great service and great room.

Only problem was the noise. You can hear other people in the rooms but the owner was very on top of all of it and made sure we were okay and happy. Did not bother us.

Great location in the old town, but a few improvements are needed to make the stay more comfortable.

The apartment’s location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for going out to dinner and exploring at night. The staff was also fantastic: always attentive, responsive, and eager to help!

The apartment looked nice overall, but there are two main things that could be improved: 1) better sound isolation (thin doors - we could hear everything happening next door); 2) bathroom disposition (very small shower and toilet, making it quite uncomfortable to use even for average-sized people)

A very convenient stay for out of the ferry

Easy to find right out of the ferry. Brand new and facilities. Very easy to go to the center of Parikia. Nice deco.

Very uncomfortable

The only positive thing I can say about our stay here is that the location and the AC were very good.

The room is small but normal for Europe. Now, the shower here was a total different story. This shower was so small that it was the size of my body with no possibility to move not even to lather yourself. I’m 5’5 and weight 160lbs. So, I’m not the most skinny lady, but sure are not even close to being over weight. This is ridiculously small and uncomfortable. My husband had to come out of the shower and stand in front of the toilet to lather himself because again, there is NO room to do this in the shower. A person who has never been claustophobic would feel claustophobic showering here. It is ridiculous how they want to make money of every little space to this point. They have a coffee maker and to make coffee you have to take it and plug it by the bed or in front of the bed on the floor because where it is, there is no electrical plug. Another terrible thing was the sound. You cannot sleep in this place. If the person in the room next door showers, it sounds like they are showering in your room. When anybody flushes their toilet, if they make coffee, they’re making it in your room. Anybody in the building go up or down the stairs, you hear every single step they are taking. The doors opening and closing, not to mention the housekeeping cleaning. In other words, you hear EVERYTHING and are not able to rest at any time here! We travel a lot and usually stay in the center like in here, and some times it is noisy of course, but this is to the extreme. The person in charge of the check in process, gave really good instructions on how to get to the place, I have to give them that, but never met.

Nice place to stay in Paros

I really liked the location of the property. 2 min walk to the harbor and the town. There are lots of restaurant and cafes near by. Supermarket is within 5 minutes. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing stay at Parosquare in Parikia

Location, check-in

I stayed at Parosquare Suites in Parikia (Paros Island), and while the location is excellent—just minutes from the port and town center—and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy, these were the only real highlights of the experience. Unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing was extreme—by far the worst I’ve encountered anywhere in Greece. I could clearly hear every movement, word, and plumbing sound from neighboring rooms. It genuinely felt like my neighbors’ shower and toilet were inside my own room. Sleep was impossible due to the constant noise. Cleanliness was also a concern. The shower curtain looked dirty, and the duvet had a strong, unpleasant smell, raising questions about how thoroughly things were being cleaned between guests. Maintenance was poor as well. The shower head was both loose and broken, making it difficult to use properly. The bedside lamp didn’t work, and other minor fixtures showed signs of wear and neglect. Overall, while Parosquare Suites has a great location and convenient self check-in, the noise, questionable cleanliness, and poor upkeep made it a very disappointing stay. I would not return or recommend it to others.

Comfortable, good location and clean

Location was great - only a few minutes walk from the port and bus terminal. Nice clean room - comfy bed. Nice little balcony. Room serviced daily

The shower - so small and although the water pressure was excellent - you couldn’t move around and everything got drenched in the bathroom. No water provided but did have a coffee machine

Great location, host and space to base yourself and enjoy beautiful Paros.

Frankie was an excellent host checking in on us periodically and had all the information needed when asked. Room was convenient to the town centre, restaurants and ferries. Rooms are on the first floor which is reasonable.

Ideal Location

Loved the location. It was only a minutes walk to the square, port and beautiful back street of Parikia. Frankie was next level wonderful with his assistance for us. The room was really lovely and always clean. we would definitely recommend it.

The bathroom was next level small. you had to squeeze in to fit on the toilet and the shower was not much bigger. But we did have a choice of a slightly larger bathroom but smaller room.

Clean place for a reasonable price in an excellent location - anything you want just around the corner. The host was very responsive, even helped us find a car to rent for the duration of our stay. Will definitely come back.

Whether you need recommendations for a beach club or assistance with an ATV rental, you can always count on him to help you out at a moment's notice. The location is unbeatable—just a 1-2 minute walk from the port and less than a minute's stroll to the heart of the city.

Cute hotel, convenient location, responsive host, a few minor inconveniences

Clean, simple yet chic room. Very convenient location - easy walk if you are traveling via ferry and also to the bus station to travel around Paros during your stay, as well as to all of the restaurants and shops in Parikia. Frankie the host was very communicative, helpful with recommendations, and responsive to addressing any issues. Good AC. Secure luggage storage for several hours between check out time and when I needed to be at the airport. Room had a tiny balcony - too small to really use and looked over a gross patio with a dirty mattress - but was a great place to hang beach towels, swim suits, etc.

Zero soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and even the front keypad beeps from the floor below. There is a flight of stairs to the rooms and while Frankie was super nice to help me with my luggage upon arrival, it was a huge pain when leaving (as a solo female with luggage for a 6 week trip). I thought other reviewers were overreacting to the shower/bathroom situation, but it really is the most poorly designed bathroom I've ever seen - I didn't have a proper shower my entire stay.

We were told a cleaner would come, but never did, not sure if that was a miscommunication but fresh towels would have been nice. Shower doesn’t have a curtain or door so water does go all over the bathroom.

Die Lage war echt super, direkt am Hafen. Das Zimmer war auch richtig toll, jeden Tag Zimmer Service und sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr laut im Haus, es kamen bis 6 Uhr morgens Gäste vom Ausgang nach Hause. Draussen ist es laut bis in die Nacht. Zimmer sieht auf den Bildern besser aus. Bad sehr klein.

Nur wenige Minuten Fussweg zum Hafen, in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstrasse mitten im Zentrum (Cafés, Restaurants, Shops, Sightseing ums Eck) - ideal! Hübsches Interior, und sehr sauber. Espressomaschine, Kühlschrank und sogar ein kleiner Balkon. Top Qualität von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Extrem freundlicher Kontakt des Personals & easy Check In/Check Out via Whatsapp.

Das kleinste Mini-Bad/WC in dem ich mich jemals geduscht habe. Zwar ist der Wasserdruck hervorragend, doch man kann sich kaum bewegen, ohne eine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Noch dazu nur mit Duschvorhang, das ist in Relation zum sehr grossen Zimmer architektonisch nicht so gut gelöst.

Super god placering tæt på centrum! Super nemt at finde fra havnen. Fik billeder og instrukser på WhatsApp inden ankomst, så det var nemt at følge hvor jeg skulle hen. Super god service!

Cet établissement est très bien situé très propre et confortable. Cependant nous sommes tombé sur une nuit où il y avait des jeunes qui sortaient et rentraient et nous étions très fatigués de notre voyage . Frankie notre hôte a été très réactif et nous a tout de suite proposé de nous déplacer dans un autre hôtel dans lequel nous avons passé une nuit fabuleuse

Litt liten dusj. Lå i en bakgate med utsikt rett i nærmeste hus. Ingen tørkesnor på terrassen. Huset som helhet så shabby ut utenpå, trengt en overhaling, bedre inne.
