Consiglierei di non dichiarare "La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo finale". Meglio vendere solo la camera. Infatti la colazione consiste unicamente in un cornetto e un caffè. Se invece del caffè si desidera un cappuccino bisogna pagare la differenza alla cassiera del limitrofo e assai chiassoso bar in convenzione con OPERAPRIMASUITE.
Nel sito https://www.operaprimasuite.it non si legge che trattasi di camere poste al terzo piano di un vecchio edificio privo di ascensore. L'espressione "Piani superiori accessibili solo tramite scale" è fuorviante perché non chiarisce che le poche camere di OPERAPRIMASUITE si raggiungono unicamente salendo i 51 gradini particolarmente alti della scala condominiale. Non disponibili le cialde del caffè nella macchina posta nel corridoio. La vista del mare si ha salendo ancora un'altra scala per raggiungere la terrazza. Complimenti a chi ha realizzato le fotografie, veramente ben fatte.
