The location was great can't complain

I didn't like the fact that there was no housekeeping and it required me to pay extra for such a service.I would appreciate it more if these so called hosts could provide such a service considering the amount of money paid.I stayed close to a week, with an unclean bath, not refreshed room , no coffees refill and the greatest inconvenience was on dustbins. I had to pay someone in the building who was doing house keeping to empty my bins.Not impressed at all.

The place is amazing in a wonderful location, a walk to the mall. The views are lovely, beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

The location was most convenient for the Mall of Africa a few hundred meters walk away had everything one would need - great restaurants and shopping. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well set out with state of the art appliances. The view from the balcony and the glass wall was the best thing. what I liked the most.

A regular cleaning service. 1 free clean in 13 nights is unacceptable. A coffee plunger if not a coffee maker is a basic. A corkscrew is a basic. A bottle of toilet cleaner and some floor and shower cleaning products would make a big difference for those of us who wish to clean each day. The entrance and exit from the building for residents through the security doors is the most irksome system I have ever experienced - and I am a frequent traveler for over 30 years. Whoever designed that obviously didn't view Ellipse as a residence that numerous people would need to enter and exit CONSTANTLY and AT THE SAME TIME.
