The room offered everything we needed, it was clean and in a relatively quiet/safe area.
The staff was incredibly generous and forgiving when I by accident lost one of their towels.
When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at reception which was a bit confusing as a foreigner. We called the hotel number and the staff appeared right away though.
The bed also was missing a sheet but the staff said that's just how it was. Either way it ended up being fine to sleep

I liked the location of the property. Close proximity to Gwangalli beach and good restaurants. Very spacious room with good facilities.
Found some used ‘dirt’ from previous tenants, can be nice if the clean up is done keenly. Other than that there’s no problem
