It was a unique and charming place away from distractions and very easy access. We kept saying it would be very cute to stay in during Christmas when/if decorated for the holidays.

We liked how much room the railcar had plus all the fields that our dog could run. It was complete with all the necessities from Kleenex to the fridge. It was in a quiet location ( windows no sound). Area outside our doors with games and books. It was just the cutest thing! It rained and they equipped us with umbrellas if needed.
That our two night stay was too short.

Very clean. I have worked in housekeeping and I notice lots of things when I stay places. The only thing I noticed was wall fans were dusty otherwise it was so clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the layout. Kids loved the bunk beds. Close to shopping, groceries and family. Just a really cute place. We are already planning another trip later this summer.

This is a great little property with fun character and charm, however, be careful how and through whom you book this. I booked this through booking.com and before even booking I had requested a late check out 2pm, and they replied that my “special” request had been approved. But booking.com has no real affiliation with the property this has a 3rd party property management company “Evolve”. And evolve made a fairly nice family trip to a family wedding end on a very sour note. And even threaten to call the police on me and may family cause we were still in the property past 11am. We were out of the property by 12:15p. But the affiliates of Evolve, burst in the door 10mins before 11, and said that we had to be out they were there to clean. My wife state we had confirmed a 2pm check out. And they left, my wife then locked the door so they couldn’t just barge in again and began getting ready to leave which included her taking a shower. 5 mins later the cleaning person came back and began trying to get in again banging on the door and pulling it nearly breaking the lock. My wife was in the shower and was trying to get ready to leave, so she told my son to go tell them we were trying to get out of the property, but to give us a few mins. I was not at the property at the time, my wife and son were there alone, and my wife was in the shower. I was not there at the time my brother and I were trying to address some issues across town @ my 80yo mother’s house. When my wife called me frantic cause the cleaning people and the glower were trying to break the door in. She quickly began packing our bags as I rushed back across town to figure out what was going on. This is when evolve called me and told me we where in violation of our rental agreement, and they said they had “no record” of our “special” request and that we had to get out immediately. And that the authorities would be called if we did not leave immediately.
Everything about the property was good. The management company is AWFUL beware or check re-check and check again and again the details of the rental…. I checked 4 times and it still wasn’t enough.
