It is a nice flat, clean and comfortable. The bedroom is nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared. The host is very friendly and genuine. The beach is close. It is a lively part of the city with many small shops and restaurants. The city centre is walkable distance but it is easier to use nearby busses. Good public transport connections with the city centre and airport. Busses are easy to pay with a credit card.
For the price, there are no downsides.

The property was in a good location and close to transport links. The bedroom was a good size and there was tea and coffee in the kitchen to use. The bathroom was clean.
The neighbour was extremely noisy and the host made a lot of noise in the property on two nights so i got little to no sleep. The neighbours had extremely loud music on after i had been working all day and then the host came home very late at night again making a lot of noise. I have never stayed in a property where the host is before and won’t again as it isnt really for me.
