Perfect location, beautiful property.

Upstairs bedroom needs a little TLC, broken door to upstairs laundry, bed was uncomfortable.

Literally everything! This property exceeding expectations. We had plenty of space, the view was to die for & was comfortable for 8 adults on a girls trip. The pool was so nice to have & we luckily didn’t have to share it with the bottom unit this trip so it was essentially a private pool for us. The property management group was so responsive and all of our needs were taken care of promptly.

This is more an Airbnb thing but the 4pm check in/10 am check in is tough because you essentially lose a day on both sides of your rental. The property management promised they would work with us to get us in early but that just didn’t happen for us. The unit doesn’t really provide an abundance of towels, so you need to reuse or buy your own laundry detergent. Also the unit comes completely bare bones, no nothing that you night need to like use the kitchen, such as cooking spray or aluminum foil or sand which bags etc. this was totally fine for us because we were only there for a weekend and made it work but I would deff note that so you can prepare for the grocery trip. Only 5 beach chairs for a unit that sleeps 8 adults so we had to rotate, but again it worked out. Really not enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. so you need to bring or buy your own. We only got one laundry pod & each room got hotel size toiletries to use..

We loved the view and location. East to walk to town or grab the trolley.

There was a definite musty smell. The floor was smelly The dryer didn’t work very well. The carpets were dirty.
