This is a beautiful house and the cleanest rental home I've ever rented. The location was very close to a beach access and a moderate walk to town. It's in wonderful spot and the outdoor landscaping was really pretty and tropical. I was not sure I would like the fact that the pool is not inside a lanai, but the pool was amazing and the screened in back porch was a comfy place to sit and look at the pool both day and night. The property management company was terrific and had excellent staff that took care of all our requests really fast. It feels like a resort - not a typical vrbo.

Everything for the most part was worth the value of renting this house. Ice maker was froze up. Maintenance was quick to repair. Strange that prior renters didn’t question this. The pool we also had issues multiple times but again the maintenance staff was quick to resolve. Enjoyed the house and its layout. TVs in some bedrooms had no access. Lucky we travel with Firesticks
