Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος είναι εξαιρετική, καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά τόσο στην παραλία, όσο και σε μαγαζιά, ταβέρνες, καφετέριες κ.λ.π. Είναι πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα και διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς κατά τη διαμονή του. Η ιδιωτική αυλή πρέπει να προστεθεί στα θετικά στοιχεία του διαμερίσματος. Η περιποίηση και η άμεση ανταπόκριση του Μανώλη σε κάθε μας ανάγκη καθιστούν την εμπειρία μοναδική!!
