Resort Style Living In Phoenix's Most Exclusive Gated Community!

The place has a good location for walking in the area and walking to the Biltmore hotel. The Biltmore has beautiful gardens and nice restaurants. The unit is quiet and has three outdoor areas for sitting. The bedrooms were nice size and the bathrooms were very large. The shower was super powered and refreshing. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and hot tub are very close and lovely. The three bathrooms are a real plus if you have a large group.

The unit will need some repair work soon. The kitchen sink nozzle is leaking onto the counter. The master bedroom could use some new sheets and linens. The master bath sink is also leaking on the counter. The patios had not been cleaned in a long time. The grill was uncovered with the cover on the ground in water and dirt. I cleaned the grill cover and put the cover back on the grill. I swept and cleaned the outdoor tables/chairs so we could eat outside. Most condos I rent clean the outdoor spaces too. These were small things and we really enjoyed our stay.

De bbq had gas nodig en dat was niet aanwezig. Een gevulde gasfles bij aankomst vind ik een noodzaak.

The area was beautiful and secure. The house was exactly as seen in photos. Beautiful and relaxing

The communication with the wife was a bit rude, considering we were guest. Guess what? First time in the city did not know what to expect. Arrived early and she chewed us out for wanting to wait in the area. Lyfts and food delivery was a struggle, please note there are 2 entry gates with 2 separate addresses(residents and guest) who knew...
