Le Saint-éxupery

L'appartement est propre et lumineux. Il est équipé et décoré agréablement, téléviseur plat. La fenêtre ouvrant vers l’est sur les toits est agréable.

La superficie donnée de 60 m2 est trompeuse car il y a beaucoup de soupentes. Dommage : pas une dosette de café d'avance et pas de sac dans la poubelle du coin cuisine. Le matériel peut être amélioré : chaises, accessoire du frigo manquant pour qu’on puisse mettre une bouteille debout, pas de casseroles, mais des poêles. Des patères pour accrocher 3 ou 4 vêtements nous ont manqué.

Decoracion y localización. Apartamento muy agradable. Tiendas y servicios muy próximos. Bus al centro en 15min.

Los techos son bastante bajos y los espacios pequeños. La pica del baño muy pequeña también.

The accommodation itself was pleasant, but we encountered multiple issues throughout our stay, and the host was reactive at best but not very helpful.

Upon arriving at the car park, there was no key in the locker. I called the host, who explained there was an issue with it and that we wouldn't be able to use the car park; we'd have to find parking in the area ourselves. We understand things happen, but the host was already aware of this before our arrival and didn't inform us. While sorting that out, he also mentioned that the code for the other key locker had changed and sent me the new one. Again, something he knew in advance but didn't think to share prior to check-in time. He seemed bothered when I called to ask, I can absolutely understand the frustration but that wasn't handled properly. On arrival, we also noticed the WiFi details in the message were incorrect. Not a major issue in itself, but yet another thing that I've forwarded to him. We then couldn't find bin bags or dishwasher tablets. I showed the host they weren't where he'd directed me to look, and on Saturday he said he'd bring some in the afternoon. He never did; he didn't confirmed a time when I was asking so we could be available, and only got back to me later to say he was out of town and couldn't come. On top of that, the washing machine wasn't working, so my friend had to use a laundromat. Again, things break, we get it. But it was one thing after another, and the host showed no genuine concern in resolving any of it. Apart from offering to pay for the laundry, which doesn't cover the inconvenience. We chose this accommodation partly because there was a car park and a washing machine, couldn't use any of them. Additionally, the bottom shelf of the fridge was broken, and some plates were dirty, clearly not cleaned after the previous guests. We've since been trying to negotiate some form of compensation with the host, which remains unresolved, again due to his lack of follow-through. Unprofessional and poor service overall.
