安いし、食器からレンジ、タオル、洗濯洗剤など、必要なものはほぼ全て揃っていた。

民宿位置不错，离山手线巢鸭站走路大概5分钟。出门就是巢鸭商业街，有便利店，超市，餐饮店，扭蛋机等等。民宿也很干净，该有的设施都有，空调，冰箱，微波炉，洗衣机，还有一个小烤箱，烤土司很方便。也有灶台，可以自己做饭吃。窗户外面也可以晒衣服。
民宿的床是那种弹簧床，睡得不是很舒服，太软了，翻个身也会发出很大的声音，枕头也很软，要是都换上硬一点的床垫和枕头就更好了。卫生间空间小了点。还有一点就是不太隔音，我们住的101室，旁边是室外楼梯，有人走动听得很清楚，楼上有走动也听得很清楚。晚上十点十一点外面还有施工的声音，对睡眠不太好。

- 10 mins walk to 2 different metro stations
- washing machine available
- air conditioning, also warm air and blankets in case of cold weather
- lively area nearby with 7/11 and family mart within 3 mins walk
- check in difficulty (we didn’t get the information before, and the owner wasn’t responding to my messages, so I had to call him to ask for the code to get in, international call costed me 15€)
- the house smelled of mold inside
- the house was quite dirty, random socks, hair around
- the worst was the bathroom, with leaking sink, making the bathroom area dirty and wet at all times,
- the place is all rusty and old, mirrors look like they’ve never been cleaned.
