Del Parque Flats Urban Relax

L'appartement est moderne, très lumineux et très agréable. Le lave linge et le lave vaisselle sont un + appréciable. Très proche à pied du centre historique. Le personnel m'a téléphoné en début de séjour pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien.

Le parc à proximité n'est pas très bien fréquenté le soir. Les balcons sont étroits, dommage on ne peut pas en profiter.

We didn't realise that each floor has an "A" over the door. Another symbol stuck next to the "A" would help.

The kettle leaked water. The bathroom door, couldn't be closed as it seemed broken/stuck. The bathroom door had a squeak. We could live with the above, but needs yo be looked at for future guests.

Very handy key pick up. Quite new appartment building and just as nice as in the pictures. Very good location just a couple blocks from the lovely old town area.

There host company requires a deposit for the booking. This feels highly unnecessary as I have made the booking through booking.com. I got scammed during this deposit process. I received a Whatsapp message from a sender which appeared as Del Parque Flats, had their logo in the profile picture and everything. They wrote that I need to pay the deposit or my booking will be cancelled. So I made it through the link provided and got into this loop, that the payment didn't go through and I had to start over several times. After a few days the actual Del Parque Flats contacted me also via Whatsapp and it turned out I had been scammed for 3,3k. I am sorting this out with the credit card company, but the host company hasn't shown any interest in trying to help to solve this scam. If I was them, I would be all over the case trying to help the customer and investigating the issue. This could even be an inside job for all I know, as someone has had access to my contact and booking details. So super poor security on behalf of the host, and booking.com hasn't been all too worried about the scam either. I immidiately provided them with all the information and screen shots, but booking.com answered several days later that they need an actual bank statement for them to do anything about it. Well I don't have that as the scams were amounts blocked on a credit card.

De ligging, handig bij het centrum. De grootte van het apartment en het was schoon.

Er waren maar twee rollen closet en maar 3 koffiepads. Geen thee. Geen vaatwastabletten.. Dat verwacht je wel.maar geen groot probleem, de supermarkt was in de buurt.
