Good location and very quiet. People that are working at their central were very polite so shoutout to them, we could stopped with bags at their location until out apartment was ready.

Nice and quiet apartment.

It was so conveniently located only few minutes away from all the restaurants, bars, museums one like to enjoy when in Malaga. Being this close to the busy squares it was surprisingly quiet around the apartment allowing for a good night's sleep. Tha apartment is spacious for a couple, for a family of 4 it would be ok too.

The 'balcony' could have been bigger 😉

Good quality at a good price- recommended

Immaculate new flat, bright, airy and comfortable. Good location in a quiet backwater but close to shops, cafes etc. Everything worked as it should- great shower, huge fridge, big smart TV (bring your logins for netflix etc). Owners were always quick to respond to any query. The free airport taxi was a welcome bonus as we arrived late at night.

would be great to get a bit more of an introduction to the apartment upon arrival — WiFi code, how to adjust temperature etc. we had to contact host for these questions which was okay but took a little bit of time.

Very comfortable new apartment in a historical center

The building and the apartment are newly built, the interior is modern, nice and minimalistic. The apartment has all necessary appliances for long term stay. In contrast to many other options in this area, there were no issues with moisture, smells or street noise. The building is located on the quiet edge of the historical center, so you can sleep comfortably at night and still have all main sites, bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk radius.

It’d be good to have more consumables like tea bags, sugar, soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents in the apartment.

Our stay was very comfortable. It’s really close to downtown. Also the luggage locker was like 3 min away on foot, too.

It had everything (and more than) we need including cooking utensils, cleaning products, an iron, and a first aid kit which came very handy. We liked the bathroom mirror with the light as well.

There was a night/early morning which was so noisy outside that I woke up. I could hear people talking very loudly outside. At first, I thought they were at the park in front of the building but when I peeked through from the window, I saw a car parking right outside and several people were gathering around the car. They eventually started playing some music, singing and clapping very loudly. It lasted several hours and I wasn’t able to sleep because of that. (It had nothing to do with the World Cup. It was just some people having too much fun..) Any other days were fine though. I’d still say that the neighbourhood itself is calm and quiet. It’s just some people that come through can be very noisy.

the property we booked wasn’t available so we were rearranged in other apartment.

the apartment was located in a busy area, with bars, so it was very loud until 6 am in the morning, we could barely sleep. other negative point was the cleaning of the apartment, couch was dirty, floors not really clean. we felt in a very dirty place, and could only seat on the bed where we knew the sheets were clean.

Location was good for the old town.The apartment was very clean

The main entrance way from the entrance door always smelled bad like bad drains. The bedroom had no door as such and was really a part of the living area of the apartment. The bathroom and in particular the shower was very small and you had to sort of manoeuvre your way out of it. The balcony was not really a balcony -just a place to put the cleaning brush. Forf a "family"apartment it was very small.Initially there was only a small saucepan for cooking but we asked and were provided with another frying pan. If you wanted to wash any clothes there was no where to dry them.

A due passi dal centro di Malaga

L'appartamento era in una struttura recente, con tutto il necessario (cucina attrezzata, macchinetta del caffè, asciugamani, kit pulizia cucina...). La posizione era ottima per visitare Malaga. Il check-in è stato senza problemi. E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Aggiungerei un paio di cose in cucina di primaria necessità, tipo olio, sale e delle capsule per il caffè e secondo me si può fare un po' più di attenzione sulla polvere.

Bien pour 2 ou 3 jours

Bon emplacement tout prêt du centre historique, rue calme et tranquille proche de tout, parking à coté, self check in. Il faut juste veiller à ramener ses produits de toilettes, de ménage, de lessive et de cuisine parce qu’à part les équipements il y a rien d’autre.

La salle d’eau qui se trouve à la mezzanine pas pratique surtout avec les enfants, on y trouvait de temps en temps des petites bestioles. Les coussins décoratifs puaient, on a du les passer au lave linge. Ayant séjourné au dernier étage, impossible de faire refroidir la mezzanine vu que la clim se trouve au niveau inférieur. Literie inconfortable. Bien pour 2 ou 3 jours mais pas plus puisque je trouve que le logement n’est pas bien agencé pour y poser ses affaires comme il se doit.

Celkově bylo ubytování fajn a dostačující. Až na pár maličkostí se nám tu líbilo.

Apartmán vypadal stejně jako na fotkách. Má super terasu a do centra se dostanete za 800m chůze. Na pláž to ale trvá o něco dýl. Komunikace s personálem byla taky moc fajn a se vším pomohli.

Kuchyň nebyla moc dobře vybavená, chybělo tu třeba prkýnko, pánvička byla polorozpadlá a překvapilo nás, že tu nebyl žádný prostředek na umývání nádobí (jen v malém pytlíčku).

L'appartamento è molto piccolo ma funzionale, dispone di tutto ciò che serve; è moderno, ristrutturato di recente, ma i mobili Ikea sono un po' fragili, e bisogna fare molta attenzione (ecco perchè la cauzione di 150€) Le pareti (e anche qualche mobile) sono un po' rovinate/rotte qua e là da ospiti precedenti, anche a causa degli spazi angusti; Zona piuttosto vicina/comoda al centro a piedi

alcune stoviglie riposte nei cassetti erano sporche, e anche i mobili non pulitissimi, servirebbe maggiore attenzione.. il parchetto sotto il palazzo è mal frequentato, ma tutto sommato è stato ok, e la zona è piuttosto silenziosa per dormire; parcheggio complicato, a meno di non lasciare la macchina in divieto sotto le finestre il prezzo è un po' troppo elevato secondo me

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, odmah pored imate dovolino parkinga koji se ne plaća, a ima i jedan veliki parking koji se plaća, al poprilično povoljno. Apartman je bio čist, ima dosta sadržaja i sve što vam je potrebno za život. Kauč na razvlačenje je bio izrazito neudoban dok je krevet bio super. Najveći problem je što je kanalizacija smrdila užasno, u WC-u najviše pa tako i u ostatku apartmana gdje smo se u nekom trenutku razmišljali da selimo. Ne mogu biti siguran jel to stalno tako ili je to nama potrefilo tako zbog nekih okolnosti, al je bilo nesnošljivo.
