Apartament ładnie urządzony, przytulny i wygodny. Znajduje się na 1. piętrze bardzo starej kamienicy. Położenie umożliwia dotarcie do ważnych punktów miasta per pedes.

Minusem jest wczesny - jak dla mnie - checkout. O 10:00 kategorycznie trzeba opuścić lokal, firma sprzątająca czeka za progiem. Miło byłoby zastać butelkę wina na powitanie.

Przepiękne mieszkanie w kamienicy, w najpopularniejszym miejscu w Palermo. Czyste, wygodne, duże, z kącikiem kuchennym. Cudowna lokalizacja.

Location - perfect if you want to explore the city on foot or use it for public transport as everything is so close within 15 mins walk. Lots going as it is a main street so I feel extra safe. Great taste in the colour and decor, practical and stylish. Nothing too much and well thought of for the majority of the space. The small kitchen was handy if you want to eat in the flat. Plenty of storage space, with full length mirror, hair dryer and ironing board. The two windows and the balcony are my favourite - we sat there for coffee and watched the world. Lovely bed, duvet and pillows ! We loved the air con too. You can tell lots of efforts have been put into this place, without all the issues I have encountered it would have been a 10 out of 10. I really really wish I could say we love it but I think a reality check would be helpful.

Not sure if it was a management issue or the host issues - we ran out of coffee pods and weren't giving any more. That's okay, we can get our own but at least let us know sooner. We ended up buying a big box and hopefully the next person's can enjoy it too. We also ran out of toilet paper which is a basic human needs and weren't told about not getting any until late on a Sunday, which means we have no time to go to the shop. It is harder asap tourists as you won't know where the best place is or when the shops are closed. All the communication was great until there were minor issues. The shower is extremely tiny and smelly. The shower head has many blocked holes so while the pressure is there, the jet couldn't escape the normal way and all came out on the edges resulting in a poor shower experience. The handheld option was broken too so you will have to wash your hair while in the shower. We were given 3 shampoo but 1 shower gel only for 2 adults which clearly is a housekeeping mistake. When we asked for more, there were no responses or the answer was no. Which is extremely unhelpful. How much does a mini shower gel, a toilet roll and a few coffee pods cost ? I am happy to pay extra but these are very basic and it felt stingy and ruined the experience. There was only a full light in the bathroom which is not enough. The shower trap was full of mould and the shower door doesn't shut probably. The metal edges of the shower is very high and sharp, please be careful. The wall outside the bathroom is rotten or broken too. If you are a taller man, you will struggle. The toilet seat was also loose and came off which is very unpleasant. There were also no mugs or glasses for tea and coffee, only tiny espresso cups. It is understandable but inconvenient. I was tempted to give this a 3 stars but felt all these small issues could be addressed easily so I didn't.

The size & location of the apartment were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was good. Tiny balcony was great.

We DID NOT LIKE the large painting in the bedroom. We missed having a corkscrew and larger mugs for drinks.
