The manager was responsive in communication and there was a lot of thought put into preparing for guests. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ were already logged in. Everything was easy to find and readily available.
I wish the basement had separate HVAC. It was first cold, but when we got it warm the other parts of the home became too hot.
