Location perfect for walking to Keswick and surrounding areas . Very cosy and lovely views.
Mattress was like nothing I’ve ever slept on. Was so thin and like sleeping on a solid surface very uncomfortable. Better mattress needed other than that I have no complaints.

Wonderful location, peaceful
Well you did ask.! A couple of coat hooks and a boot tray would have been very useful, maybe at the expense of the sofa for a couple of easy chairs
