Appartamento molto carino e ben distribuito comodo per una famiglia con due bambini

Sono piccole cose che però non penso sia giusto che possano influire sul giudizio perché sono personali e di gusto su Arredamento e disposizione.

Bella, spaziosa, vicinissima al centro

Die Wohnung ist riesig. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Tagsüber war es, stadttypisch, recht laut. Nachts gab es sich aber und es war ungewohnt ruhig. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist etwa 20 Minuten weit weg. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Sehr schön ist auch die große Dachterrasse, die zwar keinen Blick in die Umgebung bietet, jedoch einen schönen Blick auf die Sterne. Auch das große Dachfenster über dem Doppelbett ist für das Einschlafen unter einem Sternenhimmel super.

Mich fällt nichts negatives ein.

Nice big bathroom. Good air conditioning. Big supermarket at the end of the street. Easy and free parking in front of the house. Close to La Spezia and to visit the Cinque Terre by train.

Some dishes and the fridge were dirty. The washing machine was leaking. The kitchen is not user friendly with the plates too high in the cupboard or the doors opening to the wrong direction.( at least for us) . We could not leave the windows open even if the weather was not hot because of the mosquitos - mosquito nets would help a lot…
