El apartamento es fantástico. Comodidad absoluta tanto en el espacio, las camas, los baños... La cocina está totalmente equipada y dotada de todo lo necesario para poder hacer uso de ella en cualquier momento. La terraza con vistas a la piscina es muy relajante y la limpieza de la casa es muy buena. La entrega de llaves y la comunicación con Tom fue perfecta. La urbanización está también limpia y cuidada (aunque con algunos matices) y la piscina es estupenda y muy cómoda para peques y mayores. La plaza de garaje ayuda mucho a estar tranquilo para encontrar sitio y tener el coche fresco.

Del apartamento todo en orden y muy bien aunque se encuentra en una urbanización con desnivel y tienes que coger varios ascensores hasta llegar al piso. Si sobre todo vas cargado con peso es un poco incómodo... Además, a pesar de que hay un horario en la piscina, algún vecino se bañaba por la noche haciendo mucho ruido aunque afortunadamente para dormir no hubo ningún problema. No hay socorrista en la piscina y algunas normas (como jugar con pelota) no son seguidas por las personas que hacen uso de las instalaciones. Para ir a la playa, supermercado, restaurantes... Tienes que coger coche pero está a máximo 10-12 min.

Positive points Ultra modern apartment 10-15 minute walk from bars , restaurants and Mercadona supermarket . Spotlessly clean . Everything you could possibly need is provided by the hosts .

Negative points Please be aware that although this is supposedly a locked gated community access can easily be gained by jumping over a 4.5ft wall located next to the rear entrance gate ( see picture ) just for scale my wife in the picture is 5ft 2 inches tall . Always shut every shutter and triple lock the outside door with the key when you leave the apartment. If you don’t you may find yourself a victim of burglars as my family did . This is because you think the door is locked when you close it behind you but it isn’t . As a guest you cannot actually get back in without a key but it takes a burglar seconds to gain entry with no key . In one moment of lapsed concentration we did not triple lock the door as we went down to the pool . When my wife returned to the apartment 10 minutes later she was confronted by a burglar fleeing our apartment !! He took lots of high value items but thankfully my wife was ok . There are no CCTV cameras anywhere on the complex which i find shocking considering the site is only 2 years old . Also be aware there is no safe in the apartment to protect your valuables. Thankfully we had our money and passports with us at the poolside whilst we were burgled. We normally would not leave a negative review but on this occasion because it involves personal safety we think it is our responsibility to inform future guests .
