A bright, welcoming apartment that is private, well equipped and comfortable.

Clean and welcoming.

The property was exactly as described and pictures were spot on. There was some noise from the road in the evening but this would only impact someone using the sofa bed, not the bedroom.

Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was very well presented and very comfortable. The roof terrace is magnificent! Great views and excellent location. Good shops and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend this apartment except for those with difficulties climbing stairs as is on top floor with no lift. Otherwise, an excellent choice for Sitio de Calahonda.

As above, the stairs as we have difficulty with stairs but we managed without too much difficulty.

Gate leading to the apartment sticks and I had trouble opening it. Needed to call on the neighbour who insists its kept shut and get him to open it for me. It was an inconvenience but didn't spoil my stay

La magnifique terrasse sur le toit, l’appartement tout équipé, la piscine de la résidence, sa situation (au calme, proximité des commerces et des plages)

L’absence de climatisation dans la chambre L’absence de poignée à la porte d’entrée (si la clé est oubliée à l’intérieur impossible de rentrer)

Vacaciones tranquilas

La casa estaba muy bien cuidada, muy bonita y tiene de todo, está ubicada en una buena zona y la terraza de la azotea es chulisima.

Que no hubiera aire acondicionado en la habitación ni persiana, solo hay una cortina opaca pero entra muchísima luz por la mañana, menos mal que me llevé un antifaz.

Een heerlijk verblijf in Calahonda centrum.

Het is een fijn appartement voor 2 personen. Er is een ruime slaapkamer met veel kastruimte. Er is een aparte douche met toilet. De keuken is van alles voorzien met een wasmachine en een droger. De afwas moet je even met de hand doen maar voor ons geen probleem. Het gezellige "barretje" is de scheiding tussen keuken en huiskamer met aangrenzend een heerlijk balkon om tot in de late uurtje te zitten. Overigens is er een verdieping hoger nog een dakterras wat privé is. Kortom, een heerlijk appartement!

We kunnen niets bedenken, voor ons een "Pareltje"!

Es war sehr schön und wir wurden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Anlage und sehr Sauber. Die Kommunikation, die Betreuung und die gute Organisation ist auch zu erwähnen.

Die Küchenutensilien wie zum Beispiel: Toaster und Kaffeemaschine waren sehr preisgünstige Geräte, die zum Teil nicht gut funktionierten. Es gab nicht wirklich nutzbare Pfannen und Töpfe. Das war sehr schade!

Een fantastisch verblijf in een fijn appartement in Sitio de Calahonda!

We komen al 30 jaar in Sitio de Calahonda maar dit keer met 2 personen. Het appartement is voortreffelijk ingericht met een fijne huiskamer met de keuken aansluitend. Er is een aparte slaapkamer met ruim voldoende kastruimte en geïntegreerd de douche. Er waren voldoende middelen in het huis om het comfortabel te maken en de er waren voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Ook waren er voldoende middelen om het huis schoon te houden, dit vinden wij altijd fijn aangezien we toch in een huis van iemand zijn die het ook zeer schoon oplevert. Het appartement is gesitueerd in een wooncomplex wat een goede uitvalsbasis is naar alle plaatsen in de omgeving. Hiervoor is een auto wel noodzakelijk. De eigenaresse is paraat als je haar nodig hebt en zeer behulpzaam. Wij hebben het als fantastisch ervaren en komen zeker terug.
