Простора квартира із можливістю попрати речі, тихий чистий під'їзд, є духовка. За вікном співали пташки. Правда сусідка знизу іноді палила на балконі. Ввечері посидіти на балконі в тиші дуже затишно, дуже красивий вид. На кухні зручно і можна посидіти біля вікна.
Що не було сирників запалити плиту )

Занадто мʼякий матрас, душова кабіна не для великогабаритних гостей, запах з холодильника
