The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood with many supermarkets, various shops, and restaurants in close proximity. The building is exceptionally clean. The apartment is also clean except the inside of a few kitchen draws. The shower area is spacious and the bathroom fixtures are nice. The bed was comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. The air conditioner works well, which suggests it is serviced on a regular basis.
I would have given the place a 10/10, but it lacked a few conveniences like a toaster, a microwave, a frying pan, and cable channels. A few kitchen draws need to be cleaned or replaced. Easy fixes.
