A very pleasant stay , we would go back again

Very stylish and comfortable, nice thoughtful touches, easy access and check in, parking in front of accommodation, spacious apartment, quiet area within walking distance of station, fabulous TV.

A great find!

This is a great apartment in a good location for exploring the area by car. The furnishings are excellent and I had a very comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and provided all info about the property beforehand. Will definitely be back!

There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate vicinity in terms of bars, restaurants, but town is easily accessible by car.

Très beau séjour à St. Brieuc

Everything. The host sent us all the info with photos - where to park (just a few meters from the apartment), how does a house look like. He prépared us the real breton biscuits. He was really thinking about everything. The house is also close to the city but not in the center so you dont have troubles with traffic jam. I advice you to go to Les Rosaires (near the beach you can park and enjoy in gallettes) and Cap Fréhel.

Excellent hébergement que l'on regrette de devoir quitter !

Très bien équipé, décoré avec soin et recherche cet appartement est lumineux avec trois grandes fenêtres et très confortable. Tout y fonctionne parfaitement. Excellente impression générale de ce lieu spacieux dont le propriétaire est très réactif. Le stationnement est facile dans la rue avec des places délimitées qui sont gratuites. Bref, difficile de faire mieux y compris pour la taille de l'immense téléviseur en face d'un large canapé haricot !

L'escalier d'accès est vétuste mais du coup le contraste avec l'appartement luxueux et d'autant plus fort !

Les fenêtres de l'appartement donnent sur une rue très bruyante même la nuit. En pleine canicule, je n'ai pu dormir qu'entre 1h et 5h du matin. Dans d'autres circonstances il aurait été très bien

Bonito apartamento con un problema

Es bonito, está equipado, la cama y el sofá son cómodos y se aparca en la puerta. El anfitrión da muy buena información y responde muy rápido.

Tiene un problema de olor a desagüe en el baño que es realmente desagradable y molesto y el olor se extiende a la cocina porque está al lado de baño. Se informó de esto al propietario y aunque intentó solucionar no funcionó. Es una pena porque el apartamento está muy bien. Espero que puedan solucionarlo para los siguientes huéspedes.

Parfait pour un weekend

Appartement à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, parking facile dans la rue, appartement fonctionnel avec une déco au top. Hôte réactif et arrangeant.

Il manque peut-être un espace de rangement (armoire ou étagères) pour poser proprement ses affaires lorsqu'on reste quelques jours. La douche est minuscule (c'était ok pour nous mais cela peut être compliqué si vous êtes très grand).

Le confort l'état de propreté la qualité de la prestation générale la simplicité la décoration. Le système de gestion des clefs. Vraiment à conseiller pour les prochains locataires. Merci

Les voisins du dessus qui semblent sauter à pieds joints dans les escaliers en rentrant tard le soir. Les voisins du dessous avec un chien qui aboie à chaque passage.

Superbe appartement, spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Bon emplacement avec possibilité de parking juste devant. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire et même plus! Petits gâteaux de bienvenue très appréciés :) Hôte sympathique et très réactif , toutes les informations sont envoyées au préalable et très claires.
