Le style de l'appartement
La propreté laisse a désirer. (Wc ,robinetterie plein de calcaire, joint douche, pomme de douche hs ,le dessous de lit n'est jamais fait,plein de cochonneries dessous..) Certains équipements sont a revoir Porte placards hs ,plinthe toilette toute gonflée par l'eau, prise chambre non fixée au mur .Bouteille d'eau entamé dans le frigo.. Bref il y'a un peu de boulot sur le ménage et quelques remises en état s'impose. Attention au garage, ne pas venir avec un gros véhicule, il est très mal placé au fond du parking, ça me vaut une peinture de pare choc à refaire.

Grand appartement confortable et très bien situé. Propriétaire très agréable et prévenante.
L’arrivée dans les lieux est un peu complexe mais c’est une habitude à prendre. Le box garage est étroit. Je déconseille fortement aux grandes/larges voitures.

La decoración del piso está muy bien. Los camas son cómodas y el servicio de Tranvía al lado del piso es muy práctico.
La zona donde está el apartamento no me pareció nada segura, especialmente por la tarde-noche cuando llegamos al apartamento. La entrega de llaves en un supermercado no me pareció de buena bienvenida hubiese preferido a un persona física para recibirnos. No fue una bienvenida cálida!
