דירה הממוקמת מאוד קרוב למרכז. דירה נוחה לזוג בפרט שניתן היה לבשל במטבחון שנמצא מאובזר. בעלת הדירה מאוד נעימה ועשתה את הנדרש בעת תקלה.
בערב נביחות של כלב בסמוך לחלון מה שהקשה להרדם.
