Struttura confortevole molto vicina al centro di Ushuaia. La stanza non è grandissima ma è molto accogliente. La cucina dispone di tutto ciò che serve. Da sottolineare anche la disponibilità e gentilezza dell’host Pablo e di Raúl che ci ha fatto fare il check in e ci ha dato molti consigli su attività da fare in zona. Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

A estadia foi simplesmente excelente. Raul me recebeu para me entregar a chave e passou todas as informações importantes sobre a cidade de uma forma tão atenciosa que voltaria com certeza. Obrigado, Raul, por sua recepção, hospitalidade e acolhimento.

This was a tough review for me. I would have rated it an easy 10 except I couldn't (read my "didn't like" section). Paulo and Raul are 2 extremely nice guys. I didn't meet Paulo but he is helpful on WhatsApp and has good English. Raul picked us up from the bus and is a super genuine helpful man. He doesn't speak English but is great with Google translate. He does tours, taxi, and airport drop offs. The apartment is a bit dated but everything you need is there even a washing machine and powder. The wifi worked great. It is easy walking distance to the port and main shopping streets, a good small grocery store a block away. From town it is an uphill walk and then 30 metal steps up to the apartment. We are 73 and 68 and no big deal at all. Don't miss going to Dieguito Pizza...honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

I use Booking.com reviews and always trust the reviews travelers post and rely on them for information. My conscience said I needed to be truthful in my review. While we were here for 4 nights, we experienced a bed bug infestation. I ended up with 65 bites!!!, which 5 days later are still very swollen, itchy and waking me up at night. 65 bites in 4 nights is a substantial infestation and I am surprised no other reviews said anything about bed bugs, and the owners seemed surprised. My husband also got bitten but not as many as we were in twin beds. My mistake was not leaving the apartment as soon as I realized what was happening. After contact with Paulo he has assured me the mattresses were changed and other measures were being taken. It is not the owners fault that bed bugs were brought in, but certainly their responsibility now to keep renters safe and to eradicate the infestation. Again, I would have gladly gave them a 10* review had it not been for this incident.
