We liked the amenities, the quiet hours, the size of the studio and how close it was to everything we wanted!
We had an issue getting our keys when we first arrived but was able to get the problem fixed in no time.

The studio was well equipped, enough cooking equipment to do most things. The washer and dryer were great to have.
The studio felt very safe and secure.
The process of getting the key for access to our suit was frustrating in the extreme!! The woman who helped us from “Cozy Suites” was as helpful as she was able to be & eventually, after the system restarted many times, was able to get a key which was not in the cubby where it belonged. We were off to a bad start. Parking was a constant challenge.
There was a plastic cover on the mattress, exasperating the problem with the air conditioning which was doing a very poor job of cooling the room. Couldn’t use the oven because there were no baking sheets or even aluminum foil. A minor problem.

Very clean property.
Homeless people roaming around property. Also staff couldn’t even give us until 12pm to check out I think they could have been a little more accommodating.
