The location was good, access in and out of the building/apartment was good once we got the hang of it. The free parking was nice.
The vent in the main bathroom does not work. It makes the bathroom very muggy and humid. The vent in the 2nd bathroom does work. I would not say the pull out sofa or accompanying bedding is super comfy but works for a back-up bed. The parking situation, getting in and out, was not always smooth. We had to call for help once, but we eventually got through.

We were there for ncaa tournament so there was a lot of road noise. If you come prepared like ear plugs , sound machine its not a problem

Decent beds and en suites
The access instructions were completely inadequate. They described entry via a lift in a multi storey car park, which was fine - until the lift was out of service. There was NO instructions or information on how to enter the building otherwise. I felt massively unsafe when this happened at 11 pm. Phoning the help number provided was not useful as the person on the line barely spoke English. Having to find an alternative entrance as a lone female in the dark is completely unacceptable.
