Great location and clean home with everything you need

Loved the location across the road from market and central to everything it was clean and spacious it had everything we needed. The team were helpful. Lift was great with heavy luggage

The location was also an issue as noise at night was a problem if you are a light sleeper. No hot water pressure in shower.

Perfect location & modern renovation

Loved the location - sit on the couch and watch the market or lay in bed and listen to a street musician. Beautiful apartment with lots of space.

Property was great. Just minor miscommunications during check in. Instructions emailed went to junk email and when I called once I got there, no one answered phone. Received Called back after an hour or 2; which was stressful.

The property was very bright, spacious and in a superb location in the beautiful old town within walking distance of many sights. It was presented in an immaculate condition with an abundance of bedding and towels. With such a central location it could be noisy but we were aware of this when we booked so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Due to location right in front of Mercat Central, it can be quite noisy. People right outside till 3am and street cleaners start at 6am

We had a very enjoyable stay in Valencia.

We loved the apartment. Located just opposite the Central Market, surrounded by bars and restaurants, vibrant, lively. We really enjoyed the buzz of the place. However, if you preferred not to hear the outside, you could keep the windows and shutters closed. It is possible to walk almost everywhere, two supermarkets were only 5 minutes away. The apartment is really spacious, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful, they booked a taxi for us and checked if we needed anything. We could leave our luggage at the office after the check out. Overall, it was one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed at.

We could have done with a spare key as we didn't always go out together and had to coordinate return time.

Convenient location. Door code for the building and keys in a lock box by the apartment door . We were 5 and the place was big enough, with all amenities needed

The location is simply amazing. The central market is literally opposite the apartment, and most tourist sites are within walking distance. The place was also very clean with washing machine and dishwasher.

The location being so central, the noise level can also be difficult to bear, especially at night time. The noise cancelling of the windows were very poor.

Excelente apartamento no centro histórico.

Excelente apartamento. O melhor que fiquei aqui na Espanha nesta viagem. Localização excelente e o apto era muito acima do esperado. Espaçoso, com acabamento de primeira: cozinha, quartos, sala, dois banheiros. Você entra no apto e vê um apto novo. Em frente ao mercado central. Super recomendado.

Ficamos tão entusiasmados com a qualidade do apto, que não conseguimos identificar algo para criticar.

Öncelikle mutteşem bir lokasyon. Hemen evin altında, yan sokağında, karşı sokağında, karşısında çok ama çok güzel cafeler ve restoranlar vardı. Mağazaların ve alışveriş merkezlerinin olduğu caddeye yaklaşık 6-7 dakika uzaklıkta. Ev, odalar, dolaplar son derece yeterli ve konforluydu. Tekrar gitsek tekrar aynı evde kalırız.

Klima dışında ısıtma sistemi olmadığı için evi ısıtmakta biraz zorlandık. Bizim seyahatimiz Ocak ayı ortasında olduğu için bence normal karşılanmalı.

Posto centralissimo a due passi dalla cattedrale che ospita il Sacro Calice, di fronte al mercato centrale dove è possibile degustare prodotti locali, vicino al mercato della seta e all chiesa di San Nicola da Bari che offre un'esperienza unica

Cattivo odore all'ingresso delle scale ed essendo al primo piano risulta rumoroso anche durante la notte.

L'appartamento è ampio e spazioso, in una posizione centralissima per raggiungere tutto a piedi, proprio di fronte al mercato centrale, i proprietari sono super disponibili e e flessibili.

Locatie is perfect. appartement zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Als ik weer naar Valencia ga boek ik wederom dit appartement. Er stond zelfs een fles water koud. Super!

la ubicacion centrica, cerca de todo lo mas historico de Valencia, super bien ubicado, tambien el dueño nos ayudo a conseguir un permiso para entrar a la ciudad y estacionar a solo 2 cuadras del apartamento. Eso fue super comodo y muy util para poder movilizarnos en auto

Lo malo de estar en una ubicacion tan centrica, es el ruido. A las 7 de la mañana o antes comenzaban los ruidos del mercado de alimentos que esta en frente y las ventanas no son aptas para amortiguar el ruido. Eso fue molesto.

Fantastisch appartement in het centrum van de oude binnenstad van Valencia.

Een schitterend, erg ruim, goed ingericht, zeer proper en modern appartement voorzien van alle comfort op een absolute toplocatie. De zeer centrale ligging ten opzichte van alles wat Valencia te bieden heeft, het uitzicht vanaf het balkon op Mercat Central, de klantvriendelijkheid en prima communicatie met het agentschap etc. ... het overtrof onze verwachtingen!

Het enige klein minpuntje : een rumoerig marktplein met levendige Zuiderse sfeer vanaf 7 uur 's ochtends, maar dat is normaal en behoort tot de charme van zo'n stadscentrum locatie!
