Casablanca 38 Oasis Properties

The location is excellent. You can walk to the town center and Burriana beach (even though it is a bit steep on the way up, but no problem if you are used to walking), and shops are also close by. Street parking is easy. The apartment is situated in a beautifully maintained complex featuring lovely flowers and trees. The appartement has two terrasses. One on the top floor with a nice view over Nerja and the ocean. The one downstairs also has a beautiful view with a big table for breakfast and dinner. The main bedroom is huge and very nice, there is also a big kitchen with a big table. We had a very good time there.

The kitchen equipment was ok, rather cheap. The furniture is a bit old. The chairs on the top terrasse were broken, and one chair on the terrasse downstairs too. You can hear the cars from the main street above, if you are sensitive to noise, which I am. My husband had no problem with it. But since there was good aircondition it was no problem to let fresh air in before bedtime and then sleep with the aircondition on. With closed doors you dont hear any niose.

We stayed as a family of five, and everyone loved the property. It was very spacious, with great outdoor areas and a BBQ. The communal swimming pool was a big plus, especially for our 6-year-old. For those with limited mobility, it’s worth noting that the area is quite hilly, and you need to climb a few steps to reach the property and access the swimming pool.

Having simple hand soap in the bathrooms would also be very helpful. It felt a little damp when we first entered the property, which may be due to it not being used during the winter months.

Visa villa izteikti smirdēja pēc mitruma (iespējams INDĪGA PELĒJUMA SĒNĪTE). Nebija NEVIENS "pilna auguma" spogulis (mītne paredzēta vismaz 6 personām). Kāpņu telpā starp stāviem nedarbojas apgaismojuma sienas lukturis. 1.stāvā pie dīvāna (blakus virtuvei) nedarbojas galda lampa. Starpstāvu labierīcībās kustējās tualetes poda riņķis un vāks. Salauzts drēbju gludināmais dēlis. 2.stavā nedarbojas slēdzene metāla restēm (izeja uz terasi). 1.stāva terasē, pie ieejas virtuvē, kustās 2 kāpņu akmens plāksnes (tas ir bīstami jebkuram; esmu invalīde ar kustību traucējumiem). NEBIJA NORĀDĪTS, ka baseins ir KOPLIETOŠANAS ar ierobežotu darba laiku un specifisku piekļūšanu tikai konkrēti pa 1 ieeju (vistālāko), kaut gan ir ierīkotas vēl vismaz 2 piekļuves vietas.
