With a view of the sea, the villa "Wonderful House by the sea" in Nerja is perfect for a relaxing holiday. This 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people (including adults, children and babies). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. A shared outdoor area, consisting of garden furniture, is also available for your use. Relax in your private pool and enjoy the sea and mountain views after having spent an active day at the beach.

Pros: We had a greate time with ouer familly.What a lovely place and this view from terrace with a morning coffie or an evening glass of wine....fantastic.
This house is located in a very quiet area,10 min. walk to Burriana beach,10min. walk to the supermarket and 5 min.by car to the center of Nerja.It's a very clean and cozy place.We felt at home here.The kitchen is very well equipped,it has everything you need.
Very good contact with the owners.We arrived late at night and was no problem with picking up the keys,everything was well organized.The next day we were welcomed with a friendly Martin.
We will definitely come back again and will certainly recommend that property.

Pros: August 2020 - due to Covid-19 there was lots of uncertainty as to whether or not our holiday would go ahead. I am so please that it did. The villa is beautifully renovated and and the location is fantastic. The bedrooms are on the lower ground floor which keeps them cool and also very quiet. There is aircon in all the rooms if you want to keep extra cool. The upstairs area has a dining room table for inside dining but also an outside balcony that has a large table to eat in the sun or shade of the extendable blind.
Martin's communication was great and my only concern is that he'll be too booked up when we want to book next time!

Pros: The house is beautifully decorated, was so clean and had everything you needed. Never stayed in Burrianna before only visited it. A quiet area with lovely restaurants and bars close by. Martin was helpful and was quick to get back to me with any information I needed. Local taxi service was very efficient to take us to and from Nerja town

We enjoyed every minute from moment we arrived. The services you provided was excellent, the property was spotless, recommendations where great and also the transfer from the Airport to the house was absolutely stressless.
