Really easy communication with the owner. Clean apartment and have everything for your needs. Good location, 50 meters you have tram 24 to go to the city.
For the owner: add some slippers for the apartment. :)

Great apartment which is very close to public transportation a grocery store as well as a small convenience store. The owner is very accommodating and very responsive. I really liked that the apartment had everything I may possibly need and more for example, most places won’t have laundry detergent or cotton pads for the face and misplaced it, which in my opinion is far and beyond.
I really enjoyed the fact that the location is right next to a tram stop so it was very easy and inconvenient to get to and from the Center City. I like that there was a lock box to check in and even though I was in constant communication with the owner, I didn’t have to actually wait for someone to check me in. The owner was very understanding with the check-in and checkout times, especially since our flights got delayed, which is also another great quality about the property.

Pulita, e vicina ai mezzi e molto funzionale
Nulla in particolare. Solo per estrema pignoleria si potrebbe dire che manca un abat-jour per la notte e non abbiamo trovato lo scola pasta
