Bright and spacious 120sqm apartment located on the 6th floor of a modern condominium. Please note: the elevator is present in the building up to the 5° floor. There are 2 flights of stairs between the 5th and 6th floors.
The accommodation is located in a residential area of the city: 300m from the house there is the # 24 tramlink at the stop Via Ripamonti / Via Noto
However, we suggest you to reach the apartment by car, due to the abundance of free parking spaces on the street!
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a spacious living room with a relaxation area (sofa, smart TV, dining table and bookcase) and a kitchen area with induction hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher.
The living room leads to the 2 terraces with outdoor furniture (table and chairs)
- BEDROOM I: has a double bed and bathroom with bidet and shower
- BEDROOM II: has a French bed and a second bathroom with bidet and shower.
Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, washing machine, independent heating, split AC in every room.
PLEASE NOTE: the sofa can be used as a single bed if, with a capacity of 4 people, the French bed is used by only one guest.
