Nagyon központi elhelyezkedésű, tényleg minden fontos látnivaló 10 perc alatt megközelíthető (villamos/busz megálló pedig csak 5 perc séta). A lakás rendkívül tágas, jól felszerelt. A kommunikáció a tulajjal tökéletesen ment, minden fontos részletet a self check-in-ről check out-ról időben megkaptunk, illetve bármi problémával kapcsolatban lehetett jelezni.
