Ginkgo House by Wonderful Italy

We have stayed at this property before so we knew what to expect and it did not disappoint second time around. It is in a great location close to Porta Susa station with easy access to the city centre. Very clean with a good range of facilities and having aircon was great. There is also a lift. For first time visitors it is nice to have someone meet you at the property to explain where everything is and to tell you about the local area. For our second visit it would have been easier just to have a lock box so we didn't have to tee up a time to meet the rep, but it wasn't really an issue.

Excellent assistance upon arrival in person to help with check-in and for a tour of the Flat. Very kind to have a human touch when checking in. It's a very central location, all the furniture very modern, the flat has two very comfy terraces. large room , large bathroom and very well equipated kitchen.

Buona posizione

Sarebbe da cambiare materasso, perché deformato come prima cosa. Bagno da rinferscare,perché casca la pittura dal soffitto,anche cabina doccia da sistemare. Ascensore molto rumoroso e anche il vicino non scherza fino tarda notte,ascoltando tv a volume alto.

Posizione, pulizia, comodità e arredo

Mi sarei aspettato qualcosa come snack e/o qualche genere di conforto. Il frigorifero era interamente vuoto (e pulito), nemmeno un bottiglietta di acqua.
