Easy to find and checking was super quick and easy. Clean tidy very cute all amenities were in the rooms. Little fridge was perfect and the shutter doors did keep pretty much all the noise out if you wanted an early night.

The aircon wasn't the best. We still needed to a get a fan.

Die Lage war perfekt-muss man schon sagen. Absolut kurze Wege zu allen Dingen wie Busbahnhof, Bahnhof, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Fähren und Hafen. Besser geht es nicht. Ein kleiner Hinweis für sehr lärmempfindliche Menschen, das Zimmer liegt direkt über einigen Lokalen, bei denen der Betrieb bis spät in die Nacht geht. Allerdings muss man bei den sehr hohen Temperaturen im Sommer ohnehin die Fenster am Abend und in der Nacht geschlossen halten und die Klimaanlage nutzen, die im übrigen hervorragend funktioniert hat. Das Zimmer ist leider sehr klein, obwohl es bei Booking.com etwas größer wirkt. Es gibt eine kleine „Bühne“ (erreichbar mit einer Leiter) mit einem Sitzplatz und einem zusätzlichen Doppelbett. Wenn man zu zweit ist, benutzt man den zusätzlichen Raum mit Sicherheit nicht. Das Bad und die Dusche reichen vollkommen aus. Die Kommunikation und der persönliche Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern war perfekt. Eine Mitarbeiterin begrüßte uns in der Unterkunft und gab uns wertvolle Informationen. Die Unterkunft war neu, modern und nicht abgelebt. Absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man im Schlafbereich nicht zu viel Platz benötigt und nicht zu lärmempfindlich ist. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar!

One morning, the elevator was unserviceable, so my elderly dad had to walk to and from the 6th floor. It was fixed when we returned from our activities though. There was also nowhere to place our toiletries in the bathroom, nor hang out towels.

Second time staying here and the apartments are spotless clean, the interior is very modern but still has a Portuguese feel to it, very homely, the location is right in the center of town with loads of shops, bars and restaurants, there is very slight noise from outside but the windows and doors are pretty sound proof, another fantastic stay!

Nothing really comes to mind - the only thing possibly is that your asked to remove your rubbish upon leaving, for us we left early morning and luckily knew there is some big bins on the front near the harbour, maybe some instruction on where to put the rubbish might help, and if your staying for a longer stay like us (5 nights) then to be told at the start to keep on top of it bit by bit - but that is the only thing and very minor!
