The apartment is ok, looks pretty. The balcony is close to a small closed garden with lemon trees and seems to have a very peaceful neighborhood in general.
Based on other reviews I read on other apartments,I expected to see cockroaches, but from this point of view the place was very clean, no cockroaches in it or around!👌
The bathroom wasn't sanitized, there was plenty of hair(all kind of hair) on the floor. Some sand on the other rooms floor as well.
The sheets had not been changed from the previous visitors as the pillows smelled of hair sebum/sweat. I used the washing machine to wash the sheets and pillow covers
The towels were clean and white👍
The experience was aggravated by the working developments at the apartment below. We woke up at 7 AM in a terrible noise made by drills and hammers.
I contacted the owners who told us that they're going to talk to the neighbors to start later which they did for 1 day. We had to change the time-line to adjust to this issue.
Anyway, the workers started to use the drill machines again early monrning and I complained again to the owners who were kind and offered us another apartment in another neighborhood. 5 stars for them!
However, we had to refuse because it was far away from our friends in Athens and it wouldn't have been advantageous to us to pay for taxi to get to them. Therefore, we opted to remain and change our schedules to adapt to the sleeping timeline situation.
Next time I know I'll opt for hotel directly as at the end of the vacation we were more tired then when we arrived.
