The outdoor area was very nice, and we spent quite a lot of time there. In other respects it was rather average or poor, especially considering the price.

It all started from the moment of check-in. We couldn’t get approval for a late arrival, and they kept sending us an automated email stating that the keys could only be issued strictly between 4 and 7, period. We called various offices and branches and eventually ended up with booking customer support. Only a day before check-in did they finally send us the information for a remote check-in. The apartment itself was very old, and the first thing we saw upon opening the door was a huge cockroach. There was no dish soap, no sponges, just one knife, a single roll of toilet paper, and nearly empty soap. For two people for a whole week, we were given only 2 small and 2 large towels, with no possibility of doing laundry because, of course, there was no detergent or capsules provided. Not a single trash bag was available, even though waste sorting—and even taking the trash out—turned out to be the guest’s responsibility. This goes beyond “unwelcoming”; it’s simply the absence of even the most basic essentials for living. Also keep in mind that the nearest beach is more than a 15-minute walk away, so it’s hardly a convenient location.
