Location was good - very close to the airport.
Gym close by (though you have to pay)
Swimming pool
Comfortable bed
Netflix
Left some oil and pots and pans to cook with which was very helpful.
Clean and tidy though feels a bit old and dated.
Carlos was very responsive to WhatsApp.
Good wifi.
Location is in the middle of a suburban area/ nowhere- so don’t expect easy access to malls or the city.
Bathroom was basic and a bit damp but otherwise fine.

i enjoyed the stay, no complaints :) check in was easy even a bit later in the evening. felt a bit overwhelmed arriving in a new country but spoke to the condo’s security who were friendly. was a good first stop to acclimatise myself to the philippines. oh and had a great view of the city.
it’s somewhat basic for those who have “champagne tastes on a beer budget”. don’t expect more than what you’re paying for and you’ll be satisfied! :p Also at busy times of day it might take a bit longer to get to the airport. note that it’s quite a local area if that matters to anybody. idk, like i said i enjoyed my stay so i personally wasn’t bothered by any of the above

Good communication getting into the property beforehand that was excellent
Seriously not to provide, tea, coffee, sugar & milk ,
No Soap and shower items either. For a traveller this is very very poor not to provide this and it is the first time we have ever not had these items in anywhere we stay.
Please also note people before us left food in the cupboard in the kitchen.
