I hope by this time the other elevator has been fixed because during our stay only one elevator was used.

The location was ok as it was close to Merkado. The view was nice and the place was clean.
Being told that I couldn't check in about an hour early unless I paid a fee. 30 minutes later they sent me the code only after complaining. My biggest dissapointment was that guests are not allowed to use the swimming pool on weekends. Guess what? They didn't mention it in their adversising, only gloating on how nice it was but they don't mention that you can't use it. Well they got my money, I guess that's their goal. Avoid this place especially on the weekends if you would like to enjoy the pool.
