Location perfect for everything. You can still Park a bit further without difficulties. It was late April.

Good location close to the beach and the cleaning lady was nice
It’s a street level, so noisy that I was not able to sleep at all…we could hear every bus going through the street in front of the apartment like next to the bed…There’s also light coming through the door next to the bed so not helping either. And lastly, there were 2 cockroaches…sorry but I’d’ve paid more for something more comfortable with this rating
