Don't let the negative reviews put you off! It's a perfectly lovely and comfortable cottage. It was cozy, clean and tidy with plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 small kiddies. The facilities are more than adequate and had everything we needed (except extra toilet roll). Beautiful garden, no it's not perfectly tidy but it's a proper cottage garden with lots of charm. The kids enjoyed sitting out at the table one evening making their own pizzas. And I enjoyed sitting out with my coffee in the morning! Also there was a lovely welcome tray with yummy treats. The house is not run down. Sure it could do with a little updating but it's honestly a lovely house in a lovely location and perfectly good for a week away.

Could do with better check in details / communication. There is a lock box for the key, I had to ring the contact shown here to get the code. More toilet roll, but no big deal. Just remember to bring toilet roll and dishwasher tablets if you want to use the dishwasher as these aren't provided.

It was a beautiful property with plenty of space and the garden was so tranquil and relaxing.

We loved everything however although it says on the listing there are toiletries they weren't any, not an issue though and you'll also need to take dishwasher tablets.

Lovely location and the house has great potential to be a wonderful holiday let.

House did not look like it did in the pictures. Slightly run down and tired, signs of leaks within the house. Needs some TLC and money spent on it to bring up to the correct standard. Garden overgrown and not particular welcoming. Not what was expected.
