Guada House

La ubicación está muy bien, es un barrio con mucha vida tanto por la mañana como para cenar por la noche. Ciro nos atendió genial y nos ayudó con las maletas, la ubicación y nos envió mucha información para realizar en Nápoles. Las habitaciones son enormes y las camas muy cómodas, es una estancia muy cómoda para hasta 6 personas (aunque sólo hay un baño) así que mejor como en nuestro caso que éramos 4. Repetiríamos seguro.

Te aplica sólo si vas con coche: Creo que Booking debería indicar que el parking es de pago porque justo al llegar daba por hecho que el parking estaba incluído y suerte que Ciro me indicó que no es así, que él tiene que alquilar un parking cercano para poder dejar el coche. Una vez resuelto este dato, todo perfecto. Pero creo que se debería indicar en la descripción del alojamiento para personas que vayan con coche, ya que uno de los puntos importantes para mi era que hubiera aparcamiento en la propia finca. Otro punto que mejoraría son los utensilios de cocina, nosotros no comimos en casa, pero si hubiera sido así hubiera sido un poco complicado. No es un comentario hacia el propietario sino hacia la descripción de booking y los filtros que aplica.

The host was very generous and let us check in at 10 am so that we could leave our luggage and go out sightseeing seeing. Check in was very smooth. The host met us at the gate and explained everything to us, even bought additional coffee pods when the supply was low. The apartment was spotless and spacious, located right next to a farmer’s market with plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, seafoods and bakeries. It made it very convenient to buy groceries for breakfast and dinner. It’s 8 min walk to metro, so easy to get around the city. All in all, we are very happy with the host and the apartment.

I wish there is more than one bathroom but it was only a wish, not a surprise or anything

Ciro was on hand to give us the keys and show us around the apartment. He was a super host, very responsive to messages. Booking,com had cancelled our booking in error and Ciro was extremely helpful when this happened and we were thankfully able to rebook straight away. The apartment is in a local non-touristy area with good access to the Metro. Local market stalls, bakers, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped, hot water is plentiful. We've had a fabulous time here.

Het appartement heeft een ruime badkamer, een keuken en twee hele grote slaapkamers. Beide hebben een Frans balkon aan de drukke straatzijde. Aan de achterkant is een klein balkonnetje waar je rustig kunt zitten. Er zijn meerdere winkels en kramen direct naast de deur: je koopt er bv brood, groente, fruit, kaas, vlees vis. Vlak om de hoek is een supermarkt. Er zijn veel restaurants en terrassen in de buurt, o.a. in het voetgangersgebied. Metrostation is op loopafstand.
